 • Worked on “fleshing out” the PDS structure we would like to see for our PREP districts

• Discussed needs of program defined by NCATE

• Mapped out an initial framework

 VI. Questions/Concerns/Needs:

 • We are still concerned about how we assess that we have made an impact on student learning

 VII.       Next Steps:

 • Pam will send the initial framework to members so they can be thinking about the “3 arms” of the framework would look like in each district.

 • Members will review definitions of roles prior to next meeting

 • Members will collect ideas on diversity.  Are we preparing our teacher candidates well to deal with diversity?

 • Complete PDS readings
