V.            Major Discussion Points:

-What is the level of commitment for PDS development at the executive             (superintendent/dean) level?

- What questions would we like to ask the executive board?

Questions for executive board:

-How much are the supts/deans aware of the NCATE PDS standards (as they are written on PREP rubric)?

-What is the executive board philosophy with regards to their districts relationships with the COEHD?

-Can we define a level of commitment from the COEHD and the executive board through conversations?

VI.            Questions/Concerns/Needs:

- A work day needed to create PDS framework for executive level

- Teacher Prep Subcommittee needs to meet with executive board and TEF to begin conversations.

VII.            Next Steps:

-Develop skeletal framework for PDS development and encourage districts/COEHD to use it in their conversations (Perhaps use a day long workshop format for development)

-Day long meeting-Dec. 7 Wed. 8:00-3:30-Jim Artesani will arrange for a room

-Owen will meet with deans to update them on Teacher Prep activities
